How to Register an Account?

  1. Open the app and click "Register".
  2. Enter your email address and set a password, then click "Get Verification Code".
  3. Switch to your email app (or log in via computer) to find the code.
  4. Return to AIREC, enter the code, check "User Agreement" and "Privacy Policy", then click "Register Now".

How to Bind a Device?

  1. Log in to the AIREC app.
  2. Slide the physical switch on the device to ON.
  3. Tap the "+" icon in the top-left corner to search for devices.
  4. Select your device from the list and click "Connect".

How to Unbind a Device?

  1. In the AIREC app, go to "My" > "My Devices".
  2. Scroll down and tap "Unbind".
  3. Confirm by clicking "OK" in the pop-up window.

Fix Bluetooth Connection on iPhone

  1. If the app shows "Connection Failed":
  2. Go to iPhone Settings > AIREC > Enable "Bluetooth" access.
  3. Return to the app and retry device search.
    💡 Still not working? Restart the app and device.

How to Start Recording?

  1. Ensure your device is connected to the app.
  2. Tap the red "Record" button at the bottom.
  3. After recording, click the "Save" button (right side).

Generate a Transcription

  1. Sync recordings to your phone (via Wi-Fi/cloud).
  2. Select a recording file and tap "Transcribe".
    ⏳ Processing time varies by file length.

How to Delete Files?

Single File:

  1. Swipe left on the file and tap "Delete".
  2. Choose "Delete from Device" or "Delete Everywhere".
  3. Confirm with "OK".

Multiple Files:

  1. Tap the "Edit" icon (top-left).
  2. Select files or tap "Select All".
  3. Click "Delete" > Confirm.
